I am seeing some progress! On day three I ran & walked (mostly walked...) 3miles in 40 minutes, but I was dying. Today, I ran the same course with little stopping (!!!) in 35 minutes. I'm really thankful for my coach because he pushes me to challenge myself. If it wasn't for him, I'd give up the moment I felt a little winded. I'm so weaksauce. :/ I also got my shoes, finally! I got the asics GT -2150 & they are beautiful. Yay!
In other news, I'm going to China & Korea in EIGHT days!!! So thrilled :) I won't be running much, but I'll make it up with... lots of eating! har har har ... :) Looking forward to seeing Cindy & David, shopping at the night market, eating eating eating, and going to JeJu Island. :D See you guys around!

ReplyDeleteanyways, good job on training! i will start running today. finally moved into my new apt. my goal is to run however much i can in 45-60 minutes. my gym is not air conditioned, so i might not survive the heat. we shall see.
