Happy Monday - Lobster Tails

My brother has been raving about his new Nuwave Oven. Ever since he bought one he's been cooking with it nonstop, literally everyday. He even got my mom and dad hooked on it and they've been saying that they've been eating American food (aka steaks and chicken) everyday. My mom even told me that she hasn't made ban-chans (Korean side dishes) in forever because they've been replaced with American vegetables. Wow. So I ask them "what's the big deal with this oven?" and they all say that it's simply amazing. Just speechless. I was so amused by their new-found love for Nuwave it made me really curious if it was really all that magical. But before I even could say another word they had already placed an order for me. That's love.

We got a huge package last week and there it was, my very own Nuwave Oven. My brother calls to tell me that I have to watch the DVD and being a good little sister, I pop in the DVD. The chef is preparing everything from pizzas to steaks and of course everything is "Amazing!" He then cooks lobster tails in the oven and both Richard and I are salivating and are like whoa. Fast forward a few days when we're shopping at Costco. We're walking by the steaks and grab a packet of ribeyes. Then right on display are lobster tails and it's too good to be true. We HAVE to get them and who cares that they are $25 for two (O.o)...we have to try them in our Nuwave! So that's how lobster tails made its debut to my Happy Monday series.

 Pre-cooked..these guys were huge!

 In the new Nuwave

It was so big that it was seriously like steak. Yum!
